1. Objectives and Background

Downstream Yoga is committed to providing the best service in a timely manner. We aim to accommodate your needs.

Unfortunately, when a group cancels without giving adequate notice, it prevents another group from booking Yoga by the Murrumbidgee River. This cancellation policy is used as a way of respecting the time commitment of all involved. It explains the process for requesting a cancellation and the fees applicable. This policy is used in fairness to both our business and the groups who would otherwise have wanted the same Yoga Experience.

We are implementing a straightforward cancellation policy to be upfront about all the costs you may face when engaging our services.

2. Cancellation Process

We understand situations can arise in which you must cancel your Yoga by the Murrumbidgee River. Due to limited availability, we request that you cancel with adequate notice. You may cancel by contacting us by:

We require a minimum of 7 days notice for cancellation. Please inform us by 7 days prior to your scheduled Yoga by the Murrumbidgee River to notify us of any changes or cancellations. If no prior notice or the notice given is not provided within the minimum notice period, you will be charged a cancellation fee (see below).

3. Cancellation Fee

a. The cancellation fee is $100.00.

b. The cancellation fee will be charged by Navigator Consulting (t/a Downstream Yoga).

c. The cancellation fee may be deducted from any amount paid for the Yoga Experience.

4. Acceptable circumstances for waiving cancellation fees

We understand that plans may change due to uncontrollable and external circumstances. Cancellations can be unintentional or may stem from an emergency, etc. Therefore, cancellation due to such circumstances will not incur a cancellation fee. Having cancellation fees waived require approval from Downstream Yoga.

5. Refund policy

If the notice of cancellation is given 7 days before the scheduled appointment, Navigator Consulting will refund the full amount already paid upon booking.

6. Wet Weather Policy

At times Yoga by the Murrumbidgee River will be cancelled due to poor weather conditions. In the event of heavy rain, or an electrical storm Yoga by the Murrumbidgee River will be cancelled. A full refund will be provided. In the event of light rain, the group may choose to cancel the Yoga Walk. In this event, a full refund will be provided.

8. Agreement

Please click the box that you have read, understood and consented to this Cancellation Policy. By clicking 'I agree" you understand that you are holding a spot and you may be charged a cancellation fee if a Yoga Walk is cancelled without providing at least 7 days notice.

If you do not show up for Yoga by the Murrumbidgee River as per your booking, you will be charged the full amount.
